Health Regimen – [Say ‘No’ to these 3 food choices for a month, Jul 18 – Aug 18]

To avoid the 3 ‘High’s, say ‘No’ to these 3:

Do not consume milk, meat and sugar.

3 ‘High’s refer to High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and High Blood Sugar.

Can you recall, sometime ago, I gave some tips on how to be healthy? Have you incorporated them into your lifestyle?

It may be difficult to resist delicious food as it seems that we are not fair to ourselves. However, we must be mindful to treat our body well as health is priceless and of utmost importance. With good health, life is beautiful.

From today on, let us try to work on《Say ‘No’ to these 3 food choices for a month》! Let’s shout aloud our Health Motto: ‘No’ to milk, meat and sugar! Choose health and longevity!

Here are some of my health advice:

  1. The hidden secret of milk; milk is meant for calves. If we consume too much milk, this is likely to be harmful to us.
  2. Consuming less meat is healthy and environmentally friendly. Consuming meat product = taking poison?
  3. My recommendations for good health; outside of mealtime, stay away from sugar.
